At Annie Greenabelle we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason you can return them within 10 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched.

Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation/receipt of returned goods. We will also refund any costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To make a return, simply login to your account, view the order using the "complete orders" link under the my account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
